Frequently Asked Questions

  • The device is powered by a high-capacity 500mAh lithium-ion battery. Depending on if power save mode is enabled and your frequency of play, a single charge can easily last through several weeks of use when turned off between games.

  • Yes! The Arduino code powering the UI and tracking logic is open-source and available on our Downloads page for the maker community. Please note: Flashing custom code is done entirely at your own risk. Altering the factory firmware immediately voids the 14-day return policy, and we do not provide technical support for modified or "bricked" devices.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within [1-3] business days. Because each LifeLink is professionally assembled and tested, shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume product drops. You will receive an email with tracking information the moment your order leaves our facility.

  • A complete breakdown of all device features, tracking modes, and button combinations can be found in our User Manual. You can view the web-based version or download a PDF copy on our Downloads & Manuals page.

  • A small USB charging cable is included. Simply plug it into any PC USB port or a standard 5V USB wall adapter.

  • LifeLink trackers are produced in limited batches, and restocks are announced as soon as a new production run is fully assembled and tested.

LifeLink Tracker LLC is an independent, one-person operation. Every single tracker is a product of comprehensive in-house engineering. From designing the initial hardware and routing the custom PCBs, to writing the firmware and dialing in the 3D-printed enclosures, I handle the entire development and manufacturing pipeline.

Because I personally coordinate the board fabrication with my manufacturing partners, flash the microcontrollers, and assemble every unit by hand, production takes time. This hands-on approach means I can maintain strict quality control over the final product. The best way to catch the next batch is to sign up for restock notifications on the product page
